Yes! Ever feel sad/angry/hurt or just in general kinda rubbish?!
Well just follow these steps and prepare to feel a whole lot better!
1. Make sure your house Is empty/have parents or friends that don’t mind very loud music.
2. Grab your phone, iPod, laptop, computer or other music emitting equipment and turn it to shuffle or if you’re super awesome your predetermined emergency dance party playlist an turn the volume up to full.
3. Dance, sing or (scream at the top of your lungs) if you sing of key like me 😉
4. Have fun and forget all of your worries! 🙂
Tip: play rap music (providing you know the lyrics) as it gives you an awesome feeling when you nail the verses!!! 🙂
