Day 2

Where you’d like to be in 10 years

In 10 years I will be nearly 27. Gosh that’s crazy to think about!

Well, by then I’d like to have finished university and have become a practicing veterinary surgeon. Or something with animals πŸ™‚ I hope I’m still really close to all of my family and friends I have now. Hopefully (fingers crossed) I’ve met someone, double hopefully the one :’) that would be very nice indeed. I could be married for all I know πŸ™‚ gosh that’s scary πŸ™‚ I want to have left the country at least once!! A lot of travelling would be amazing πŸ™‚

Most of all in ten years I just want to be happy. Happy with me and happy with the way my life is turning out πŸ™‚

Smile…it won’t hurt you πŸ™‚

Emergency dance party!

Do you know the feeling you get when everything kinda sucks…? Yeah well I have found the perfect solution!

emergency dance party!!

Yes! Ever feel sad/angry/hurt or just in general kinda rubbish?!

Well just follow these steps and prepare to feel a whole lot better!

1. Make sure your house Is empty/have parents or friends that don’t mind very loud music.

2. Grab your phone, iPod, laptop, computer or other music emitting equipment and turn it to shuffle or if you’re super awesome your predetermined emergency dance party playlist an turn the volume up to full.

3. Dance, sing or (scream at the top of your lungs) if you sing of key like me πŸ˜‰

4. Have fun and forget all of your worries! πŸ™‚

Tip: play rap music (providing you know the lyrics) as it gives you an awesome feeling when you nail the verses!!! πŸ™‚

I hope this helps!!

Smile…it wont hurt you!!!

The City

Everyday, as the sun begins its decent, something wonderful happens, A kind of magic that goes unnoticed from all but a select few, a heavenly glow illuminates the city. For that moment, it would seem that anything was possible.

Death, pollution, destruction. None of that matters.

All sadness and depression is lifted leaving way for happiness, hope, dreams…

And love.

Love. The one emotion that unites all humans together, the uppermost harmony, peace throughout the universe.

But only for that moment.

The soft sunlight slowly sets, once again eclipsing the city into darkness.

What is love?

From the title I think you can guess what this is going to be about. πŸ™‚

what is love?

Simple enough question right? Wrong.

Well, for me anyway. It may come as a big surprise to you but I have never been in love. I have felt the kind of love you share with a friend and also the love you feel towards your family but I have never felt a strong connection with another human being.

I have however read about love. In dozens (and I mean dozens) of books. I’ve read about first loves, in those soppy teen fiction romance books where everyone is a little too mellow dramatic (but I have to admit I love them!) I’ve read about people who lose people they love, where they only just find out their feelings before the person is torn from them (this was in a recent book I read Looking for Alaska by John green READ IT! I love his books! Also side note the fault in our stars is another of his soppy teen romances that you just have to read) I’ve read about the kind of love I have experienced (family/friends) but even reading these emotions, feeling what the character feels (and side note 2. I really get into books and get lost In them…probably why I cry a lot at them… So I honestly do feel how they do) but I think feeling another person/characters emotion is completely different from experiencing it first hand…or so I imagine remember I haven’t felt it yet πŸ˜‰

Coming to the end of my little ramble I realise that I don’t have a “moral” for this post so ill think of one on the spot… I guess I just wanted to tell myself more than anything that even though I haven’t felt what it’s like to be in love yet, it doesn’t mean I never will πŸ™‚ it just means that its not the right time but when it happens it will be good πŸ™‚ and it will happen. πŸ™‚

Smile…everyone has someone…even if it doesn’t feel like it right now, there are so many people around you that care so much and love you a heck of a lot too. πŸ™‚
